Commercial Refund Terms: Due to the custom nature of third-party manufacturing, monetary cash refunds are generally not issued once production has commenced. Verified quality issues or processing errors are addressed through batch replacement or credit notes.

Advance Payments: In cases where an order is canceled before raw material procurement (as outlined in Section 2), eligible refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days.
